OUR STORY: BORN IN THE BAY
Smoked & Baked was built in the Bay Area, where diverse food culture meets a high standard for quality. What started as a passion for wood-fired pizza and slow-cooked BBQ evolved into a concept that blends both into one experience.
We focus on simple execution done well — fresh dough, real fire, and carefully prepared ingredients. From backyard gatherings to private events, our goal is consistent:

Our approach is straightforward. We combine Neapolitan-style pizza techniques with BBQ fundamentals: heat control, timing, and flavor layering.
Pizzas are cooked on-site in a wood-fired oven, delivering the texture and char you expect, while our toppings bring in smoked meats, grilled vegetables, and balanced sauces. The result is not just fusion for the sake of it.. it’s a system that works.
